Hearing Australia — answering ten hearing aid questions

Hearing Australia's how-to series came to ten films, covering everything from changing a battery to fitting a custom earmould. Working from a shot-by-shot deck, I built the series in a flat illustrated style, with close-up hand animation for the fiddly steps and captions sitting under every line of voiceover. Each film runs about a minute and holds one idea at a time, so nothing gets lost between steps. Fitting a hearing aid is simple once someone shows you properly, which is really the whole job.
